Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares food items such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables, and measures ingredients.
• Carries food, supplies, and equipment safely between stations.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Provides friendly, efficient service to customers, resolving complaints professionally.
• Communicates relevant information to supervisors.
• Handles sales transactions accurately, including making change and processing payments via credit/debit cards.
• Issues receipts and processes refunds through supervisors as needed.
• Manages cash drawer and change funds in accordance with standards.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness of the service area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
