**Job Description**

As a Food Service Worker, you will assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving customers. Under the guidance of your manager, you will learn on the job and build connections with those we serve. We seek team players who are organized, focused, accountable, and bring a positive attitude daily.

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Lead all aspects of food preparation and assist in preparing food items for the day.
2. Set up and break down stations as designated by the manager.
3. Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and instructions.
4. Ensure accurate portioning when preparing and serving.
5. Maintain daily temperature logs.
6. Take samples of all food items before serving.
7. Report any food quality issues to management.
8. Complete opening and closing station checklists.
9. Greet customers and handle their inquiries positively.
10. Maintain a clean work station, including floors, equipment, and work areas.
11. Ensure all utensils and work areas are sanitized.
12. Properly dispose of waste from the service line.
13. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
14. Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
15. Cross-train in different areas as needed.
16. Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
17. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your manager.
18. Lead and advise team members to ensure timely service, requesting support for sanitation when needed.
