Job Description

As a Food Service Worker, you will assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving our customers. Under the guidance of your manager, you will learn on the job and build connections with those we serve. We seek team players who are organized, focused, accountable, and maintain a positive attitude daily.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in preparing food items for the day and date products.
• Set up and break down stations as designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and instructions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving.
• Report quality issues to management and remove substandard food items.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Greet customers and handle feedback positively.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Report safety hazards and assist with safety observations.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by your manager.
• Lead and advise team members to ensure timely service, requesting support for sanitation as needed.
