Responsibilities

• Assist in serving and preparing nutritionally balanced meals according to a prescribed menu plan and safety standards.
• Participate in the setup for meal service, take food orders, serve residents, and clean dining areas.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Completion of eighth grade or equivalent. Additional education may substitute for work experience.
• Experience: Six months as a waiter, waitress, dining room attendant, or food service worker.
• License/Certification: None required.
• Special Requirements: Must have clean personal health and sanitation habits.
