Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a Dietary Services supervisor to oversee all functions related to catered services within the facility. This role also manages physician dining and lounge areas, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with sanitation standards.

The candidate will provide relief coverage across the department and carry out additional tasks as assigned by Leadership to maintain high service levels and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must understand/communicate and read/write basic English.
• Must be able to take and record food temperatures.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license or be able to obtain one.
