Job summary

Norman Regional in Oklahoma is seeking a qualified individual to oversee all functions related to catered services and physician dining and lounges. You will ensure proper sanitation practices and supervise coverage across the department.

Responsibilities include providing relief coverage, adhering to leadership directions, and performing other duties as assigned to maintain service excellence in our hospital dining operations.

Qualifications

• Must understand, communicate and read/write basic English.
• Must be able to take and record food temperatures.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within 1 week of start date. Valid Oklahoma Driver’s license.
