An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee catered services, physician dining, and lounges. This role involves ensuring proper sanitation practices and providing relief coverage throughout the department. The ideal candidate will possess basic English communication skills and be able to take and record food temperatures. Previous customer service and cooking experience are preferred. Oversees all functions related to catered services, physician dining, and lounges. Responsible for proper sanitation practices and providing relief coverage throughout the department. Other tasks and duties as assigned by Leadership.
Must be able to understand, communicate, and read/write basic instructions in English. Must be able to take and record food temperatures and drive a facility vehicle.

Prefer previous customer service and cooking experience.
Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within 1 week of start date. Valid Oklahoma Driver’s license is required.
Day
