Mission Community Hospital is looking for a Food Service Worker II responsible for preparing cold food for patients and ensuring kitchen safety standards are met. Candidates should have a high school diploma, food service experience, and the ability to work varied shifts, making this a vital role for patient support.
Position Summary
The Food Service Worker II (FSWII) is responsible for performing duties related to the preparation of cold food for all the patients and for special meetings. The FSWII is required to keep the kitchen galleys stocked with appropriate nourishments at par levels. Lastly, the FSWII is serves cold food items to patients on the tray line. This position assures compliance with safety and sanitation standards according to Title 22, Joint Commission, and OSHA regulations. This position will be primarily working with adults.
