Under the direction of the Lead Food Service Worker and Food Service Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Preparing menu items according to recipes and forecasted quantities.
  • Preparing salads, cold foods, and desserts for patients and retail.
  • Maintaining sanitation and infection control following HACCP guidelines.
  • Performing various assignments such as patient service, cafeteria and catering, tray assembly, cleaning, and equipment use.
  • Ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards and documenting food temperatures and cooling charts.
  • Adhering to the organization's code of conduct.
Minimum Requirements
  • Preferred: Six months of food service and customer service experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at a minimum 6th-grade level.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform high school level computational skills.

Pay range: $16.20-$19.35, based on experience, skills, and education. Pay may vary by location.
