Job description

Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services Director, the Food Service Worker is responsible for performing a variety of duties in accordance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures at Redlands Community Hospital.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Patient tray assembly, delivery, and soiled tray pick-up.
2. Stocking areas and washing dishes.
3. Supporting the cafeteria dining area by cleaning, stocking, and maintaining trash receptacles.

Preferred qualifications include experience in food service, food production, or short order grilling. Retail or cashiering experience is also acceptable.
