The Shakopee School District is seeking several Food Service Workers to join our team. This position involves 3.5 hours/day on student days.

Pay & Benefits:

Job Summary:
Assist with setting up kitchen and serving areas as needed; support food preparation and cooking; serve food; replenish supplies; operate kitchen equipment; assist with cleaning; and perform cashier duties. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Previous experience in food service preferred but not required.
Must be able to operate a computer and input data.

Working Conditions:
This position involves standing for the entire shift, bending, lifting, working in a hot wet environment in the dishroom.
Push/pull carts, lift cases of 50 lbs or more.
