Qualifications

• Eligibility to work on the specified contract.
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, government personnel, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up hot and cold food serving stations.
• Serve customers proper portions at appropriate rates.
• Remove or refill hot and cold food items.
• Clean salad and beverage bar areas and promptly clean spills.
• Cut, pan, or plate pastries and desserts.
• Pre-wash, scrub, sort, and put away dishes and utensils.
• Clean and de-scale dishwashers.
• Sweep, vacuum, and/or mop flooring.
• Deck scrubbing of tile and concrete floors.
• Empty trash cans and deposit trash in appropriate receptacles.
