Job Responsibilities

1. Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a timely manner.
2. Prepare and serve hot food as required.
3. Work as an expediter in the kitchen, organizing orders and ensuring timely delivery to the correct tables.
4. Handle all food products and equipment accurately to maintain food safety standards.
5. Keep the food service area clean.
6. Maintain daily side work, complete logs, restock supplies, and perform cleaning duties.
7. Maintain accurate records of spoilage and accounts.
8. Interact positively and encouragingly with diverse populations.
9. Handle guest complaints respectfully.

Qualifications

• Compliance with all safety, security, emergency, and energy policies.
• Report to work on time and in complete uniform.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a multifaceted schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods. Use of uniforms and PPE may be required.
