Responsibilities
  1. Assist in ensuring quality food and an enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and staff.
  2. Set tables, serve, clear tables, and complete tray deliveries according to Diamond Service standards.
  3. Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company expectations and food safety standards.
  4. Properly store foods in designated areas, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
  5. Maintain good working relationships with co-workers, customers, administrators, and managers.
  6. Perform job safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  8. Adhere to SPHP's code of conduct.
Minimum Requirements
  • Positive attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn.
  • Working papers required if under 18.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic reading and writing skills in English (minimum 6th grade level).
Compensation

Pay Range: $16.20 - $23.50, based on experience, skills, and education. Pay may vary within the range based on location and other factors.
