Job summary

Unidine, a leader in hospitality, is hiring a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER for Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, MO. The role involves preparing, presenting and serving food with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will perform prep work, assist in food service, and help maintain sanitation and inventory while working with a friendly team. Training is provided and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform prep work and follow safety standards.
• Ability to serve customers in a friendly manner and follow steps of service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays between stations safely.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Uses approved recipes to ensure quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Maintains sanitation and safety compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
