• Performs prep work like washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Measures ingredients accurately.
• Carries food and utensils safely between stations.
• Stores food following safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas and equipment.
• Distributes supplies and utensils.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serves customers courteously and efficiently.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Follows company service and inventory procedures.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
