We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Food Service Worker positions at Bland Cafe, located at 171 Industry Drive, Bland, VA 24315. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part-time, Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Experience in food prep, cooking, customer service, and sanitation is required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare, present, and serve food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport food to and from work stations following safety standards.
• Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
