Location: Worcester State College

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time; Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior food service experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $17.70 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. Essential duties include:

1. Performing prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
2. Measuring ingredients according to recipes.
3. Carrying pans, kettles, and trays safely.
4. Storing food properly following safety standards.
5. Cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distributing supplies and equipment.
7. Using approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
8. Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
9. Resolving customer concerns and communicating with supervisors.
10. Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.
