FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Location: Ithaca Public Schools - 710 North Union Street, Ithaca, MI 48847. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior kitchen experience preferred. Willing to train!

Pay Range: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform prep work: washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport food and supplies safely.
• Store food properly following safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
