FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions at the Salvation Army/Wonderland Camp, Salem, WI. Schedule varies between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. Previous kitchen and customer service experience are preferred but not required. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed, following safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients and handle food in accordance with safety standards.
• Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
• Store food properly, following safety, wrapping, and dating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and utensils.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, resolving concerns as needed.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and inventory procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
