Unidine is hiring immediately for full and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

• Location: Chase Point - 35 Schooner Street, Damariscotta, ME 04543
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available. Shifts include 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, and 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. More details provided upon interview.
• Requirements: Previous food service experience is preferred but not required. Healthcare experience is a plus.

• Pay Range: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Measures and weighs ingredients accurately.
• Transfers food using pans, kettles, and trays, following safety standards.
• Stores food properly, adhering to safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and utensils efficiently.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Serves customers courteously and efficiently, following service steps.
• Addresses customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Follows sanitation and safety regulations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
