Compass Group USA is seeking a Food Service Worker at Univ. of Maryland - Baltimore County. This role supports meal prep, service, and sanitation in a busy campus dining operation.

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Location: Univ. of Maryland - Baltimore County

• We are hiring immediately for full time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Address: 1000 Hilltop Circle, Baltimore, MD 21250 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; 6:30 am - 2:30 pm or 4:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Sunday - Saturday operations. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No prior experience is needed. Willing to train!
• Pay Range: $16.23 per hour to $18.23 per hour.
