Job summary

Compass Group's Eurest USA unit is hiring for a full-time food service role at Anduril – 1050 Winter Street, Waltham, MA 02451. Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday 6:30 am–3:00 pm. Pay Range: $20.00–$24.00 per hour.

You will prepare, present and serve food as needed and perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, weigh ingredients, and carry pans and trays. Maintain sanitation, inventory control, and provide friendly customer service while following

• Requirement: Customer experience, catering, restocking, safety, and sanitation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
