Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.
• Location: Glencoe-Silver Lake Public Schools - 229 Lake Avenue North, Silver Lake, MN 55381. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No prior experience required.
• Perks: Willing to train, and no weekends!
• Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely.
4. Store food properly following safety standards.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Address customer concerns and report to supervisor.
10. Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
