Job Details

• Location: Chatham Cafe, 609 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA 31401
• Schedule: Full time; days may vary, including nights and weekends, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Requirement: Prior food service experience preferred

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food to and from work stations following safety standards.
4. Store food properly following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
9. Resolve customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
