Job Summary

• Perform prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits/vegetables.
• Measure ingredients.
• Transport food safely.
• Store food properly.
• Clean work areas and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and equipment.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and safety.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and inform supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
