Bon Appetit is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker at Carleton College in Northfield, MN. The role requires no previous experience and offers training. The schedule is Monday through Friday with day and evening shifts, and the fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and equipment as needed.
• Follows recipes and portion control for quality and consistency.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.

• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
