Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. Essential Duties include:

1. Performing prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
2. Measuring ingredients accurately.
3. Carrying pans, kettles, and trays safely.
4. Storing food properly following safety procedures.
5. Cleaning work areas and utensils.
6. Distributing supplies and equipment.
7. Following recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Servicing customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Resolving customer concerns and reporting to supervisors.
10. Ensuring sanitation and safety compliance.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.
