CMMC is seeking a Food Service Worker to join our Food Services team! This is a full-time, 40-hour, benefits-eligible position. Starting pay is $18.00, with variable shifts.

The Food Service Worker may work anywhere on the property where food is prepared. Responsibilities include assisting in setup and serving from counters and steam tables, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations, and other duties as assigned. Specific responsibilities may vary depending on business needs and patient requirements.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• No previous work experience required.

Essential Duties

• Reading recipes and product directions
• Estimating food requirements
• Operating kitchen utensils for weighing, measuring, mixing, and preparing food
• Assisting in food preparation and storage following safety standards
• Inspecting workstations for compliance
• Keeping records and requisitioning supplies
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
• Tasting products as needed
• Setting up stations with food and utensils
• Stocking service areas
• Serving and replenishing food from counters and steam tables
• Brewing coffee and tea
• Restocking beverage areas
• Interacting with customers and assisting with food service
• Participating in safety and hazard assessments
• Following safety policies and HIPAA regulations
• Attending training sessions
• Performing other duties as assigned
