• Location: Mimbres Memorial Hospital - 900 West Ash Street, Deming, NM 88030. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Days may vary; more details provided during interview.
• Requirement: Prior food service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely.
• Store food properly following safety standards.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
