Job summary

HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA is seeking a Full Time Food Service Worker to assist with food preparation, serving, and related tasks within a multidisciplinary care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment usage
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Serving experience in full-service establishments preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares, serves, and delivers a product of high quality to patients, employees, and guests.
• Performs proper use and storage of equipment and maintain a clean environment, including utensils, floors, equipment, etc.
• Monitors all kitchen equipment and appliances for malfunctions and proper temperatures.
• Receives, inspects, and properly stores all supplies entering Food Service Department.
• Completes all requested forms pertaining to the Food Service area.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
