Food Service Worker

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Food Service Worker positions at 47684 Marshfield Medical Center, 611 North Saint Joseph, Marshfield, WI 54449. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time days and hours may vary; details provided during interview.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Requirement: Prior food service experience is required.

Job Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
