Morrison Healthcare, a part of Compass Group, is hiring a Food Service Worker at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, WI. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with days and hours varying; online applications are accepted.

Typical duties include food preparation, presenting and serving meals, maintaining safety and sanitation, and providing friendly customer service to patients and staff. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.

FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Location: Marshfield Medical Center - 611 North Saint Joseph, Marshfield, WI 54449. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous customer service and hospitality experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $18.00per hour to$19.00per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents and serves food as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
