Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Worker – Float to support operations at American Leadership Academy. The role covers weekday morning shifts, is on-call part-time, and involves preparing and serving diverse menus, maintaining clean work areas, and delivering friendly service to students and staff.

You will be a flexible team member, ready to work across locations as needed. No prior experience required; training and benefits are provided by Sodexo.

Pay Range: $15.50 - $15.50

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Service Worker – Float at Sodexo, you are a pair of helping hands and a good mood motivator. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of vibrant menusand ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy. Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people’s faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities include:

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served. Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils and provide general stocking duties in service area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
