Job Description: The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food and meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and help complete daily reports. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Verify transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Understand meal inclusions and ensure proper food storage.
• Serve food according to schedules and policies.
• Care for kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Prepare a variety of food items, beverages, and garnishments for customer satisfaction.
• Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety regulations and dress code policies.
• Connect daily with the manager to understand the menu.
• Supervise food temperature requirements and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, and ware washing.
• Maintain a neat garbage area and perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• This role may involve physical activities like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing, and may require uniforms and PPE.
