Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare fruits and vegetables, measure ingredients.
• Transport food and supplies safely.
• Store foods properly, follow safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas and equipment.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously, handle complaints professionally.
• Relay information to supervisors.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, give change, process payments.
• Issue receipts, manage cash drawers responsibly.
• Replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
