Job Summary

This role involves performing cashier duties and general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in food preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables, and measure ingredients.
2. Transport food items safely and distribute supplies and utensils.
3. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
4. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring sanitation and safety compliance.
5. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
6. Serve customers efficiently and courteously, resolving complaints professionally.
7. Relay information to supervisors and perform sales transactions accurately.
8. Handle cash, make change, and process payments, including issuing receipts and refunds.
9. Manage cash drawer, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
10. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
