Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, including sales transactions, entering sales into the cash register, making change, accepting various payment methods, issuing receipts, and following procedures for cash refunds and short/overage compliance.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolve complaints in a service-oriented fashion.
• Prepare food by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables; weigh and measure ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food between work stations, stove, and refrigerator per safety standards; distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to achieve correct quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
