Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time Food Service Worker position.

Location: Missouri Delta Medical Center - 1008 North Main Street, Sikeston, MO 63801. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time, with varying days including some weekends. Shifts are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and/or 5:45 am to 2:00 pm; more details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous cashier and customer service experience are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay Range: $13.75 to $14.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service tasks, maintaining sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare food by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables; measure ingredients.
2. Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
3. Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation standards.
4. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
6. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
7. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
8. Interact with customers, resolve complaints professionally.
9. Relay relevant information to supervisors.
10. Handle sales transactions accurately, including making change and accepting various payment methods.
11. Issue receipts and process refunds according to procedures.
12. Manage cash drawer and change funds responsibly.
13. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in the service area.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
