Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

• Prepares food by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
• Transports food and supplies safely between stations.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation protocols.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers courteously and efficiently, resolving complaints professionally.
• Relays information to supervisors.
• Handles sales transactions accurately, including making change and accepting payment methods.
• Issues receipts and processes refunds as needed.
• Manages cash drawer, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies, maintaining cleanliness.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
