Job Title: Food Service Worker/Cashier

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties and general food service tasks, maintaining sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare food items such as washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
2. Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
3. Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation standards.
4. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
6. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
7. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
8. Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints professionally.
9. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and issuing receipts.
10. Manage cash drawer and change funds responsibly.
11. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
