Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work, and maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work like washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables; measure ingredients.
2. Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
3. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
4. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
6. Use recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
7. Serve customers courteously following service steps.
8. Interact with customers and resolve complaints amicably.
9. Communicate relevant information to supervisors.
10. Handle sales transactions accurately.
11. Process payments, give change, and issue receipts.
12. Manage cash drawer in accordance with standards.
13. Replenish condiments and supplies, keep service area clean.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
