Job Opening: Food Service Worker / Cashier

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER / CASHIER positions.

Location: 3690 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties and general food service tasks, maintaining sanitation standards in food preparation, service, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with food prep such as washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
2. Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
3. Store foods properly following safety procedures.
4. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
6. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
7. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
8. Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints professionally.
9. Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash and payment methods.
10. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
