Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares fruits and vegetables, measures ingredients.
• Carries food, distributes supplies, and maintains safety standards.
• Stores foods properly, cleans work areas, and ensures sanitation and safety.
• Uses recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers courteously, handles customer complaints, and relays information to supervisors.
• Performs sales transactions, manages cash register, makes change, and issues receipts.
• Handles cash and change funds responsibly, maintains cleanliness of service areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
