**Job Description**

The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food and meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and help complete daily reports. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

**Compensation:** The hourly rate for this position is $19.91. This reflects Aramark's current estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare quality food and baked goods according to the menu plan.
2. Complete daily transaction reports.
3. Understand meal components.
4. Store food safely and hygienically.
5. Serve food according to schedules and policies.
6. Care for kitchen equipment, especially knives.
7. Prepare various food items and beverages promptly.
8. Add garnishments to enhance presentation and customer satisfaction.
9. Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
10. Follow food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
11. Adhere to uniform policies.
12. Coordinate daily menu preparations with the manager.
13. Monitor food temperatures.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
15. Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and ware washing.
16. Manage garbage and kitchen floor sanitation.
17. Perform additional duties as assigned, including other kitchen areas.
18. This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, and extended standing, and may require uniforms and PPE.
