AVI Foodsystems is seeking energetic and optimistic team members for the role of Full and Part-time Food Service Workers. We have positions available in this fast-paced entry-level role on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a competitive starting rate and opportunities for advancement. These positions will be at dining accounts in Erlanger, KY.

Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems has become a respected and trusted food service provider, focusing on high-quality, fresh ingredients, excellent service, and value.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing hot and cold foods, properly store food, and monitor temperature requirements and spoilage.
2. Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
3. Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas.
4. Follow guest service procedures, including smiling, eye contact, and greeting guests.
5. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to all rules and procedures.
6. Maintain a fast pace and multitask efficiently.

Job Requirements:

1. Previous food service experience preferred.
2. Strong work ethic.
3. Professional communication with team members and other departments.
4. Maintain professionalism with all stakeholders.
