Schedule options include: 5:30a-1:30p, 9a-5p, or 11a-7p. We offer a $1000 hiring bonus.

The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food efficiently and accurately in a correctional setting, using various utensils and machines, following work instructions and menus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in making quality foods as per menu, recipes, and instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation; manage waste and cleanliness
• Serve food during scheduled times, adhering to policies
• Use utensils and equipment properly, meet nutritional needs
• Follow food safety regulations
• Clean refrigerators, cooking and serving equipment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, at least 18 years old
