The patient demographic ranges from newborns to geriatrics, with minimal access to patient health information.

Job Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in food service desired
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Follow food/beverage regulations outlined in the facility manual
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements

Requirements
Essential Physical Requirements
  • Full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test, including standing, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk most of the day
  • Ability to withstand heat and temperature changes in refrigerated or freezer areas
Job-Specific Standards

Performance is measured by customer feedback, documentation, and observation. Responsibilities include following meal delivery and utility guidelines, delivering trays courteously, filling supplies, maintaining sanitation, setting up dish machines, and ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of cafeteria areas. Additional duties include assisting with receipt reconciliation, cash handling, and other tasks as assigned.
