Position Details

This position offers a $1,000 new hire bonus, working a 3 am - 1 pm shift inside a correctional facility. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising inmate labor and team members, preparing and serving food according to menus, and maintaining sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in food prep and service
• Prepare and assist in food preparation according to recipes and work instructions

• Train other food service workers
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
