As a Food Service Worker, you will perform routine meal preparation and ensure the sanitation of serving areas at the Southwestern Veterans' Center. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, work surfaces, and other kitchen items. You will also prepare trays, measure portions, serve food, and transport trays and carts. This position requires frequent use of common kitchen equipment, such as mixers, dicers, slicers, knives, and grinders.
